Territory sales representative Sam Smith was recognized with the Bring It Gamechanger award for delivering exceptional service and value to customers every day.
Sam has worked at Bazooka Farmstar for almost 2 years after joining us following his 4 years working in the waste handling industry with Stutsman’s. With this background, he was no stranger to the manure-handling business when he joined the Bazooka Farmstar team.
When asked how he felt about being recognized with Bazooka’s Bring It award, Sam said it was rewarding to see his hard work and dedication being noticed by others. He credits his commitment to keeping customers operational, ensuring product value, and maintaining the Bazooka brand with what has led to this recognition.
Specifically, one colleague shared how Sam has gone above and beyond by personally getting parts and delivering them to customers, even driving hours to keep them up in operation. Another story was about how Sam brought exceptional service when a customer had early issues with a new system.

Sam has selected University of Iowa Stead Family Children’s Hospital as his non-profit $100 donation of choice. “My daughter spent 3 months there when she was born. The dedication, care, commitment, and quality we received while in the NICU was great, and I want to give back.”
