Our patent-pending Quantum Drive System combines high-speed technology with precise control features to wind and unwind hose substantially faster than the other guys.

Push-Button Controller

This controller offers 3-speed adjustments for maximum precision hose winding. The brake adjustments increase and decrease the torque for unwinding hose. Trade off speed for torque as your reel fills with hose.

Precise Tension Control

You can drive at your desired speed to wind and unwind hose and adjust tension up and down, eliminating the need to match the tractor speed to the reel speed.

Saves You Time

The QDS provides the fastest freewheel and wind & unwind speed on the market. Talk about a "reel" time saver.

STANDARD

All weather, in-cab controller that uses LED feedback lights to indicated mode, speed, and brake at all times.
Required hydraulics for the Eclipse (2416) and 2012 Hose Reels is 50-60 GPM.
Required hydraulics for the 1810 Hose Reel is 30-60 GPM.
