Gamechanger of the Year: Lorenzo Marin

Maintenance technician Lorenzo Marin is described as the company’s backbone and one who loves solving problems. Though his task list is never-ending, he cheerfully and reliably gets every job done to ensure teams can succeed. Lorenzo makes a difference every day, and it goes without question why he was recently named the 2023 Gamechanger of the Year.
“I am very grateful because I know there are other members that are just as deserving. I am very grateful for this recognition. I want to thank the rest of the team members because I wouldn’t be able to achieve this myself. It takes a team.”
In Lorenzo’s almost three years at Bazooka, he has personally embodied our core values through his actions:

Be Safe – Lorenzo serves as a safety leader through his everyday actions and with his countless safety improvement projects. He models working safely as an absolute priority.
