All your vital hydraulic hoses are intentionally designed for easy access. The result? Less downtime and more run time. The intuitive machine features a series of bolt-on components with simplistic guards for easy removal, servicing and thorough cleaning. Another bonus: this beast only requires 25 gallons of hydraulic oil for the entire system. The innovative oil reservoir reduces the size and weight of the system’s hydraulic oil requirements, reducing maintenance expenses. Now, that really is maintenance made easy.

The propellers create 4,000 pounds of thrust for agitation and maneuvering functions directly below the boat, establishing a solid center of gravity for stability. That means this well-balanced machine can move in any direction, even in the thickest sludge where most pumps cannot operate.

BONUS: The propeller positions are adjustable and programmable, which means they will return to the ‘trimmed’ location when the joystick is released. Propellers are protected between the tires during operation. This prevents damage to the machine, manure storage structures and lined lagoons.

The 150-gallon steel fuel tank is centrally located directly beneath the engine, so whether the tank is empty or fueled up, the boat’s stability is not compromised. The innovative baffle system inside the fuel tank ensures fuel is available at the pickup locations no matter the angle of the boat when entering or exiting a lagoon.

The high stance of the Wolverine’s foam-filled floats eliminate concerns of tipping or sinking due to thrust, ice and manure buildup on top of the floats.

The Wolverine agitation boat is operated by an Eaton Omnex remote. The iconic dual propellers are controlled by smart cylinders, which means they not only stay synchronized, but they react quickly and precisely to the operator’s inputs, making the boat extremely responsive and intuitive.

All boat functions are proportionally controlled for a smooth operation. That means no more stopping, backing up and realigning your boat when entering awkward or tight manure storage structures. With Wolverine’s intuitive remote, you can operate multiple functions at the same time. That is what we believe is called a “mic drop” statement.

You can also keep an eye on the machine’s vital functions with a simple interface that also displays warnings and codes.

GPS comes standard on the Wolverine agitation boat. There are 3 GPS modes the Wolverine can work in, with adjustable speeds between .5 and 2 MPH.

COVER: This mode allows the Wolverine to travel and agitate at random within a boundary that you set. For those of you visualizers out there, think of it as “Roomba” mode.

POINT-TO-POINT: This mode allows the Wolverine to move from waypoint to waypoint in sequential order, following the line between each point. This mode is useful when first entering a lagoon, allowing you to focus on the outer perimeter, reducing the amount of bank washing required later.

ANCHOR: Anchor mode allows the operator to hold the boat in a single position and orientation without actively engaging the unit. When would this come in handy? If you’re wanting to focus prop agitation in one specific area, the boat will stay in place with anchor mode engaged. Additionally, if the front gun is being used to flood or bank wash, the props will automatically counteract thrust from the gun to keep the boat in position and pointed in the right direction. No need to beach your boat on the bank to hold it in place while using the front gun.

PRO-TIP: As your crew gets the pit pumped down, remember that each GPS waypoint can be adjusted individually. Move the waypoints closer to the center of the pit to avoid damaging the liquid manure storage facility. The last set of GPS waypoints are automatically stored, so you can quickly pick up where you left off.

The 18” Bazooka Farmstar submersible pump features a Hardox 500 Tuff housing and impeller.

BONUS: the pump and propellers are reversible to keep foreign objects from shutting you down. Equipped with a 5” diameter front gun that’s steerable side-to-side and up and down. The hose outlet can face directly downward and be slightly submerged in the manure to aid in agitation, or it can be directed upward at a 15-degree angle for bank washing.
