This toolbar makes precise in-ground turns at the end of each field pass, allowing you to make the most of your liquid manure and leave the field with the farmer’s approval when the job is done. The tower design and position allow for those smooth in-ground turnarounds by reducing resistance on the bar as it ‘corners’ at the end of the field.

The tower is closely aligned with the center section flotation tires, which results in improved turning as well as clean hose routing across the toolbar, maximizing flow and even distribution from the manifold and reducing the likelihood of Bumblebee hose kinking.

Titan 2 brings an entirely new meaning to the word robust. Everything about it is bigger, badder and can handle the extremities you put your toolbar through. The body, the tower, the tires, the Bumblebee hose diameter. It’s all larger. In fact, Titan 2 is constructed of approximately 50% more steel than a comparable Titan 1. That’s a lot of muscle behind this machine.

Extended widths of the Titan 2 Toolbar allow you to cover more ground in a shorter amount of time, leading to more productivity and ROI. This beast of a toolbar can be built up to 60′ wide, helping you stay acres ahead of the competition.

We’ve accommodated the additional steel of the toolbar’s robust body, by equipping Titan 2 with 700 series center section tires, and 550 series flotation tire wing gauge wheels. Not sure how impressive that is? The center section flotation tires on a Titan 1, are the wing gauge wheel tires on a Titan 2.

What “upgrade” option? The features of the Titan 1 8” High-Performance Package upgrade come standard on Titan 2, and then some. Namely, an 8” swing arm with sweeping 90 degree elbows and plumbing, an 8” Flux manifold with a rear-mounted ladder to easily access the inside of the manifold, LED tower work lights and 3″ Bumblebee hose.

Titan’s forward-folding design allows for an efficient narrow transport width. Now, you can easily go from ‘work’ position to ‘transport’ position within minutes. The folded travel width of 12’ to 12.5′ (model dependent) make roads and narrow field openings more accessible.

Titan 2 is compatible with unit spacing as narrow as 16″. Depending on unit spacing and toolbar width, this toolbar can host four more Phantom units than the original Titan, for a total of 34 units. This bar can handle toolbar widths up to 12ft wider than the Titan 1

The Phantom unit precisely injects liquid manure 4-6” into the ground using its 22” main coulter blade and a 17” single closure blade. The Flux Manifold’s hydraulic gate valve can be opened to clean out the manifold on the go without leaving the tractor cab, or if you are outside the cab, you can easily access and clean out the blockage. The Flux features a lift assist handle that makes removal of the lid quick and simple, should you need to get inside to take a closer look.

This upgrade option reduces maintenance by delivering lubricant to various grease points throughout the entire toolbar on a timed setting. Not only does this save time, but it also saves wear and tear on your bar.
