Stainless steel thrust washers prevent wear on the faces of expensive welded components, while the greaseable main arm collar extends the life of the pin and bushings. Main pin end caps secure the pin while allowing removal from either side for easier maintenance.

The Phantom 1XR features a heavy-duty U-bolt drop tube retention system that replaces failure-prone hose clamps for more reliable performance and easier hose removal.

This engineered solution keeps the closure blade in constant contact with the ground for more consistent trench coverage, and on tank bars, returns the closure to its working position when wings are folded and unfolded.

Phantom 1XR units maintain the same proven application capacity, achieving GPA rates from 2,500 to 15,000. GPA rates will be dependent on unit spacing, ground conditions, type of liquid manure, etc.
