The Titan sees no match in end rows, as it has the ability to make full, effortless turns in the ground while the units continue to inject manure into the ideal root zone. This minimizes the amount of manure left above ground and reduces turn-around time at the end of each pass. BUILD YOUR OWN.
The first-to-market, front folding manure injection toolbar was engineered to execute pass after pass.
The Titan's structure can accommodate narrow unit spacing, which will benefit the farmer through reduced streaking and even coverage throughout the field, higher GPA, precise nutrient placement to the plant's root zone.
Let us elaborate. The Titan's swing arm has been redesigned with 90 degrees fewer bends. This, along with the addition of sweeping pipe elbows, has allowed us to increase flow and reduce internal wear of steel plumbing components from heavy sand.
The Flux Manifold's anti-clog technology is a #GAMECHANGER.
A hydraulic pig dump gate valve that is controlled from the cab of the tractor, allows the operator to flush build-up out of the bowl while continuing to pump. This eliminates the nuisance of shutting down when trash from the pit blocks the manifold’s outputs. The same even flow of our Timed Manifold can be expected of the Flux Manifold, and then some, as the integration of larger impeller pumps makes higher flow rates achievable.
It's Automatic. It’s Systematic. It’s Automated Grease Lines. Deliver lubricant to various grease points throughout the toolbar on a timed setting, to prevent the need for premature part replacements and reduce the time committed to maintenance demands. The Phantom main pins, front parallel links, lift cylinders, double pivot, and float hinges are among the list of grease points the automated system covers.
“ Flexible wings give the Titan Series the advantage of easily adjusting to contoured ground. The units continue to precisely inject manure for full coverage throughout the entire field. The advantage of the Titan Series allows me to satisfy my customers’ needs and earn continued business. ”
