The Lead Generation Specialist acquires and evaluates new leads for the B2B model through strategic marketing efforts. The specialist's responsibility is to create strategies and carry out corresponding initiatives that create brand and product awareness and in turn, generate new leads in accordance with the business's yearly goals.
Essential Job Functions
Conduct digital market research and create and present the supporting inbound and outbound strategies to generate leads within the company's target market in collaboration with the sales and marketing manager.
Responsible for inbound and outbound marketing efforts to prospects through different communication channels. This includes content writing initiatives that inform the target market.
Responsible for all aspects of asset creation utilizing the Adobe Suite for strategic outbound marketing efforts including, but not limited to: photography, videography, print and digital ads, e-communications, and web-based content.
Analyze marketing channels to understand what is most effective for each target audience.
Assist marketing manager in ROI analysis for all marketing efforts.
Create meaningful and accurate lists of prospects for the marketing and sales team to support growth efforts.
Follow company policies and safety procedures.
Other tasks and projects as assigned.
Requirements: Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role required to be considered for this position. Hybrid flexibility available upon request.
Business Administration, Communications, or Marketing degree.
Strong knowledge of marketing tools, such as CRM systems preferably HubSpot, and content management systems.
High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize projects in a changing and fast-paced work environment.
Excellent oral and written communication skills to plan and complete projects and build positive rapport with customers internally and externally.
Self-directed and driven to solve problems, with the ability to effectively communication challenges when they arise and cannot be overcome without guidance.
Ability to think strategically and execute task-based plans.
High proficiency evidence within the Adobe Suite. Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere Pro are frequently used programs in the Bazooka marketing department.
