The 3624 Crossfire might look like every other rotating-style liquid manure lay flat hose reel on the market, but we are here to assure you, we’ve taken it up a couple of notches. Here’s how:
The 3624 Crossfire Hose Reel, comfortably holds the following lay flat hose lengths.
• 4.5 miles of 6" | 36 sections
• 3 miles of 8" | 24 sections
• 2 mi. of 10" | 16 sections
• 1.5 miles of 12" | 12 sections
(The lay flat hose sections noted above are 660' in length.)
A shorter turning radius can be achieved with the axles' ability to follow the tractor without input. This #gamechanging feature reduces the strain on your equipment and makes maneuvering the hose reel a thing of beauty. When you need to back up, hydraulically lock the cylinders in the center position, then release the pressure when you are ready to move forward and the axles will passively follow.
Large reel, large tires. It only makes sense. The 3624 comes standard with (6) 700 series flotation tires that work to combat compaction throughout the field. The triple axle design is rated for 60,000 maximum capacity.
The 3624 Crossfire hose reel can rotate 120° fully loaded above its axles from "travel" to "work" mode, utilizing a heavy-duty slewing ring.
Contrary to the other guys, steps have been built into the bumper of the Crossfire Hose Reel as an added level of safety and convenience when loading and unloading the coupler cavity. Plus, the hose reel's base doubles as fenders, keeping your equipment clean when field conditions get a little wet.
