This lay flat hose reel can rotate 120° above its axles from ‘travel‘ to ‘work‘ mode while fully loaded, utilizing a heavy-duty slewing ring for smooth, consistent rotation. This Reel sits higher off the ground than our level-wind and pivoting solutions, improving the line of sight from the tractor cab for confident and precise hose placement onto the Reel.

The #100 HD roller chain and sprockets are precisely engineered to maximize pulling power without compromising reel speed.
Large rear stairs are incorporated into the bumper to prevent any catch-points and to make accessing the Reel easy and safe. The 2416 Crossfire features a flat reel floor that is safer to walk on and easier to clean. This hose reel also has full-width fenders to protect the tow vehicle and bystanders from flung mud, rocks, and debris.
