Case Study: FPT Engines

FPT (Fiat Powertrain Technologies) is part of the Fiat Group that specializes in the research, development, production, and sales of engines and transmissions. With an annual output of approximately 2.9 million engines, 17 plants, and 11 research facilities in 9 countries, FPT is one of the most significant players in the powertrain sector on a worldwide basis. We began offering FPT engines in 2013 as an alternative to our John Deere engine line.

Case IH Partnership

Did you know every Case IH tractor runs with a FPT engine? Since 2004, Case IH and FPT have been working together on engine innovations in Case IH tractors and combines. This close partnership between Case IH and FPT means that you can be confident in the quality, reliability, and level of expertise supporting Case IH engines. And, the partnership also means Case IH dealer service technicians are trained to work on these engines in-house at your local dealership – thus limiting the time and hassle of working with a separate engine dealer.
